My daily pursuit to improve your experience in Mallorca.

These are reflections from my daily life as a golf coach, shaped by encounters with people, golfers and students.
It is easy to assume that the life of a golf teaching professional is simple because he or she spends the day on the golf course. To some extent, routines do play an important role. At the same time, constant pressure and the personal drive to always improve shape the psychological framework of our profession.
But I want to go further. Continue reading to discover my own path of development and why it enriches our daily work.
It is not meant to be easy, it is meant to be a challenge
1. I must show strong initiative every day. I need to lead my golfers with me, showing them that I want them to follow the path of improvement.
2. You must be passionate to make a difference. When I show that I care about a golfer’s improvement, well being and enjoyment, productivity follows rather than simply waiting for a reward.
3. Be a lifelong learner. Maintaining a learning process is rewarding and respected. Commitment is required. Pay attention to what you see and learn every day. I know my students teach me something daily, and I want to retain these lessons and use them in the future to create positive impact, individually and collectively.

“Your progress is our passion” describes our approach to training.
Learning creates understanding.
Pressure reveals what is already usable and what still needs repetition.
Progress emerges where both are consciously brought together.
4. Discover where you are strong and where you can improve. It is important to constantly look beyond your routines, question them and find ways to overcome challenges that may appear differently with the next student. Be resilient, like a tree in strong winds.
5. To achieve the best results, a coach must show initiative to challenge the status quo in search of the best version. Even if you fail, take initiative. It will move learning to the next level.
6. Keep your goals fresh and renew your belief in what you do. Be an innovator within your trusted framework. Observe how others do it, but understand that just because they do it does not make it the only or the right way for this situation.
7. There is pressure in all aspects of golf coaching and sport in general. Accept it when you feel it, show that you can handle it, and it will, in turn, shape the leader within you.
8. Always work on your explanations. Technology is great, use it. But never stop learning how to communicate. Rewind every lesson, every interaction, and question what you said, how it was perceived and what action it created. Repeat this process daily.
